Independent apartment of 50 sqm on the ground floor with air conditioning, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a hydro-massage shower, a small kitchen, and a dining room with a sofa bed. The apartment is completed with a large veranda and private garden with illuminated covered veranda.
Conditions:
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
- Bed linen and courtesy toiletries will be provided at check-in. Additional linen changes are available for an extra charge, as are extra cleaning services.
- Pets must always be kept on a leash throughout the property and are not allowed in the pool area.
- Swimming caps, provided and mandatory, must be worn to access the pool. Pool towels are available for rent at a cost of 5.00 euros per day (using the bath towels provided by the property in the pool area is prohibited).
- Bringing food and alcohol of any kind into the pool area is prohibited.
- Laundry service is available for a fee of 15.00 euros per week.
